1/2 butter, melted in pot
several cloves of garlic sliced, sautee in the butter
1/2 cup flour, mix in to make a roux.
Pour in a can of evaporated milk, and 1 cup of regular milk.
Heat until its thickening up.
Add a cup of chopped frozen spinach
add a cup of thawed chopped artichoke
Heat it all back up again
Add in 1 tub of parmesan shredded cheese
add in 1 tub asiago shredded cheese.
Leave out a handful from both to lay on top to create crust.
Pour hot goo into buttered baking dish I used a square glass pan.
Lay the last bit of shredded cheeses on top
Place in oven about 400 degrees and bake about 30 minutes or until entire top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool a bit and dig in with your chips!
